New McDonald’s was opened in a historic tenement house. The corner location in the very center of the city attracts many customers who have over 700 sqm of space on two levels at their disposal. IK Development participated in this transaction.

Sweet Factory in Wrocław

The first Sweet Factory Store chain store was opened on the Market Square in Wrocław.The chain already has 11 stores in the largest cities in Poland. Sweet Factory Store offers on 200 sqm over five hundred different types of sweets, including gluten-free, salty and spicy products.
